This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between NEXBA ("nexba.com") and the user ("User" or "Customer"). By accessing or using our website, services, or purchasing any digital products, including PlayStation gift cards, the User agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
NEXBA operates an online digital store that provides PlayStation Network (PSN) gift cards and other digital gaming-related products (collectively, the "Services").
NEXBA and the User shall hereinafter be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
By using the Services and completing a purchase on the platform, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.
All products sold on NEXBA are digital goods. Once a PlayStation gift card code is delivered, it is considered used and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Digital codes are delivered electronically, either instantly or within a short period after successful payment. NEXBA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or technical issues beyond our control.
The User is responsible for ensuring that the purchased PlayStation gift card is compatible with their regional PlayStation account. NEXBA shall not be held liable for purchases made with incorrect region selection.
NEXBA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to issues related to PlayStation Network services.
NEXBA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
